Any plots added to the Plots area in VenturiOne® will have scaling values displayed on the X and Y axes whether the parameters are in linear, log or V-log scales. Also available is the added option of customisable scales allowing the user to be more specific on how they would like to have their data displayed particularly with high resolution or negative data sets. For example you can vary the number of decades of data you want to see.
This is the standard Linear transformation, which involves linearly scaling the high resolution data down to a smaller range.
This is the standard Logarithmic transformation, which involves logarithmically scaling the high resolution data down to a smaller range.
VenturiOne provides a method for visualizing low intensity fluorescence and improving visualization of compensated data. V-Log is an axis transformation that is similar to Logarithmic for the upper three decades, but has a Linear section around the axis and allows events that have a ‘negative’ fluorescence value to be better visualized.
